How can I contact the office?

How will I receive a receipt for my transaction?

Once an order is placed, an Order Confirmation message is sent to the email associated with the purchase.

How does Next Day/Overnight shipments work?

The order cut-off time for our team to fulfill Next Day Air/Overnight shipping requests will be 3:00 PM PST. (Monday-Friday)

Will any COVID-19 mandates delay my order?

Due to current circumstances and local regulations surrounding COVID-19, there may be some delays in the processing time and shipping of orders. In addition, due to limited staff with our shipping carriers, delivery times may vary. 

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To protect our products from any damage, there may be cases in which shipments must be divided.

Any additional packaging shipping fees will not be applied.
